walking the land

It’s been warm here in Wisconsin but the evenings are a bit cooler, still warm but tolerable. Our potato patch is doing well and we’ve been keeping on top of the Colorado Potato Beetle that will infest our potato patch here.

I do love walking our land checking everything out and seeing the beauty that surrounds us here.

the falls

It was a beautiful cool day for a hike to the falls, and the colors were simply awesome!

I’m very excited to finally have it done and I can’t wait for fall to come so I can use it.

I maybe smiling but believe me I was quite warm (lol). Now I have a winter hat for myself on the needles, which I have been meaning to make for awhile now.
