Any signs that thanksgiving was even here are slowly disappearing, especially the turkey. Mr made a wonderful soup out of the carcass on the wood stove yesterday, I never turn it down when he offers to make soup.
Now it's on to the next one, Christmas, and I'm almost ready, my shopping is 95% done and I have my menu all figured out. Being of Finnish descent I am planning a traditional Finnish Christmas, well as much as I can anyway. There are a couple of traditions that we simply cannot do which is okay we will just make do.
