I found over at Country Pleasures a recipe for Pumpkin Pie Creamer that you put in your coffee.

Homemade Pumpkin Pie Creamer

1 cup whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

3 T. puree pumpkin

1 t. pumpkin pie spice

4 T. maple syrup

1 t. vanilla

Whisk together the milk, heavy cream, pumpkin, spice and maple syrup in a medium pan over medium heat, allow to steam, then remove from the heat and add vanilla.  Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth and store in a glass bottle, and keep refrigerated.

I realized that I had used my homemade vanilla and our homemade syrup from the farm here.  Next year I plan on planting some pie pumpkins so that I can "can" my own pumpkin.  I liked this cream, I'm not sure Mr was real fond of it, but then he poured what seemed like a gallon of it in his cup :)  So that might have been why it was a BIT overpowering for him :)
