I walked the beach without Sadie, which was so nice since I wanted to get a good walk in. I'm glad I did, as I passed 4 dogs on the first half of my walk and 5 dogs on the second half, and we would have been stopping to visit each time. I also had my camera with me and I wanted to get some shots in. I only focused on the gulls as they were the only thing of interest on the beach.
Hope Y'All are having a wonderful start to the New Year!

Hi You! Your pictures look lovely. Mine would just be all white snow! Thanks for sharing your scenes. Happy New Year to you and your family!

Oh yes. You are walking the beach and I am planning course work to go back to class. You have taken a classic sea gull photo. It looks so real. I can almost hear the waves break on the shore and gull's call. Very nice.

You will definitely find some wonderful photos in Galveston. I was there for a few days this summer and I need to go back when it's cooler. July is not the best time to visit! Galveston has a very rich history and it's fun to explore the island.

Gulls are more fascinating that I previously thught. I have just learned there are many different species some of which are only here near Lake Ontario during the winter as they breed in the Arctic.
Cool photos of the beach.
