We had a full house this weekend, it was fun visiting and just relaxing. I'm totally amazed at what our granddaughter can do on an ipad. She's in kindergarten and I believe she probably knows more about computers and tech gadgets than I do, and it's no wonder since her dad (our son) graduated with a degree in computer programing.
We had a fire in the fireplace which was so nice, the only thing missing was the marshmallows.
It's quiet now and tomorrow starts off the week with Jim working and me doing some knitting, taking Sadie for a walk down the beach, and just putzing around. I plan to take a few trips to town for some photo shots. I should find some pretty neat photo ops here.
I hope Y'All have had a wonderful weekend.

Glad you are having fun! Your family looks like such great people. The fireplace is just like mine here at home!

Kids are amazing when it comes to technology. My 3 year old grandson used his mom's iPad to FaceTime me on my iPod Touch. Much too smart. A walk on the beach does sound great. I would imagine that you will have a great time with the family. Looking forward to photos.

The kids of today are so at home with computers and ipads etc, I always feel a bit backward around them. Sounds like a peaceful week week you have planed, enjoy yourself.

Isn't it amazing what kids can do with gadgets? I find myself asking my kids for help with things, it's crazy.
Sounds like you're having a great time and I will be waiting to see your photos :)

Hello nice to meet you. I am amazed at the children who understand every technological thing that is thrown at them. It is an incredible thing to watch.
I need a six year old around the house to help me sometimes I am sad to say.
I look forward to getting to know you and read about more family times.

Just putsing around sounds like a good time to me. Now if downtown also has some antiques stores, I'd say you are in heaven. Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment.
