The colors are going fast now with the leaves dropping everyday. I took a different route home from town the other day, I was hoping that the view would not disappoint me, and it didn't.

Oh WOW... you have so much more color than we do... but autumn is still in progress here. Love your photo too!!
That is a wonderful view. I'll have to wait for more of our trees to change although we're heading to the NC mountains before long where they change before we do in central NC.
I really would like to see that view in person!
Are those trees mostly maples? Here maples are growing only near houses or streets, never in he forests.
Enjoy your scene also for me :)
I forgot to say about my Christmas cactus.
It has been outside but in it`s own pot over 4 months. When the cold nights came, it took it inside and found about 60 buds in it.
Now it is flowering and it has done same in every autumn but it was full of flowers also in April after the winter!
Perhaps you are taking care too well, it can bee rather dry now and then.
good luck with your Christmas cactus :)
Oh my Lord!!! WHAT a view!!! I would would be crashing into everywhere and not be able to take my eyes off the scenery!!!
Thankyou for sharing. It's stunningly amazingly beautiful :-D

Thank You for visiting.
I'm a...Wife...Mom of 11...Grandma to many...Homemaker and Blogger...living in a log cabin here at Gentle Hearth Farm.
I'm originally from Northeast Illinois, and my husband & I now live on 20 acres in Southwest Wisconsin up on a ridge in the Ocooch Mountains, 10 miles from the nearest town. My husband and I are empty nesters trying to figure out life after kids.
I blog, quilt, knit, sew, bake/cook and take pictures of just about anything.
There is so much that I want to do, but there is just not enough time in the day to do everything, so I have to pick and choose, and I try to live each day in the present, life is so much nicer if you do.
