Finally....I didn't even care that my wash was still out on the line.
Sad thing is the rain ended up being a bad storm and our neighbor down the hill had their house hit by a big branch that broke off their willow tree.
But today is another day.

My name is Judy and I'm the owner of this blog. Thank You for visiting.
I'm a...Wife...Mom of 11...Grandma to many...Homemaker and Blogger...living in a log cabin here at Gentle Hearth Farm.
I'm originally from Northeast Illinois, and my husband & I now live on 20 acres in Southwest Wisconsin up on a ridge in the Ocooch Mountains, 10 miles from the nearest town. My husband and I are empty nesters trying to figure out life after kids.
I blog, quilt, knit, sew, bake/cook and take pictures of just about anything.
There is so much that I want to do, but there is just not enough time in the day to do everything, so I have to pick and choose, and I try to live each day in the present, life is so much nicer if you do.

I hope your neighbors recover soon from the tree mishap. One never likes seeing things like that. But yippee for the rain. I hope things turn around soon as far as rain is concerned.
