This barn is another one I have been meaning to take pictures of since moving here. It's all grown in and a few of he buildings that are here are so hidden by growth that you can't even see the buildings.
I wish I could just pack this barn up and take it home with me.
Linking with Barn Charm.

That small building is soooo sweet. Wondering if it was a tool shed or perhaps a chicken coup. Very nice!

It sure looks like it was an awesome barn in its day. I wish I could have one just like it all done up and spiffy.

It's good that you took these photos before the trees, shrubs and vines leafed out so we could see the barn. Maybe you can take a photo later on, though as I'd LOVE to see it with the foliage too. :)

We have a old barn like this close to us, and the other day when I was out driving after a big storm, I noticed the whole roof and side collapsed in.
I started crying right there.
It broke my heart that it probably will never stand again and I never once stopped to take pictures of it.
I am glad you have some photos of this beautiful barn so it can always live on.

If you could pick it up and take it home...I'd follow you.
No barns in my area....makes me sad and a feeling of loss for something I've never had.
Please take it home and love it for me.

I wish I could win the mega millions, Then I could save all these old places from falling into decay. I get a hugh lump in my chest each time I stop to photograph the ones like this in my area. My only reward is knowing that my pictures will keep these old places alive for as long as I have them.

Oh my! What lovely character it has!
That loft door adds a lot of detail.
What a charmer the little house beside it is! A mystery as to what purpose it served - playhouse, smokehouse, tool shed...
I'd like to pick up and bring it home for my grandkids. :)

That barn looks a bit haunted I think!

The barn does have charm. Too bad it outlived its purpose. Your photos give it extra charm, too.

Hi Judy! It's a sweet old barn and deserves better. I wish you could stick it in your pocket and take it home too! Love the loft door and the teeny smaller building.

What a beautiful barn. I wish someone had kept it up. It will be a shame to lose that one. Love the little addition off to the side too.
