I don't do resolutions, for one thing I myself personally can't keep them. I'm not really sure if it's because I can't or won't. But, this year I told myself, will be different. We do eat pretty healthy...BUT...and that's a big but, there can be lots of room for improvement. This was our dinner last night along with a salad. I found this recipe in a Biggest Loser Cook Book. A blue cheese burger, which was healthy and boy was it yummy.
How about you, do you do New Years resolutions and what are they?
Inquiring minds want to know.

You are making me wish for an In N Out burger from Southern California, Judy. Haven't had one in maybe 20 years... and the longing never wanes...

Happy New Year! I don't make resolutions, I feel just using the term dooms them regardless of intention behind them. However, a few years ago, I did start picking a word for the coming new year to represent my overall intentions and goals. I usually begin journaling on it the day after Christmas and have a word picked by New Year's Eve. It's been such a positive way to end one year and begin another!

No. No New's Resolutions, but always a desire to do better each year. Some days I am more successful than others. The burger looks like a great way to start the New Year.

I don't have any. As long as my friends and family are happy and healthy that's good enough for me.

Not really a resolution -- but just to relax and enjoy the ride more. :)
