WOW, fabulous giveaway. I love aprons. I am never in the kitchen or in my sewing studio without one on! The girls laugh at me at the studio, but I can carry my cell phone, scissors and everything in the pockets! Love, love the yarn! Thanks for the chance! Pamie G.

I'm not a knitter nor a cook, so I'll throw my chance over to Pamie G. above, please! She sounds like she'd love both! Thanks!

Would love to win the yarn. It's just the right time of year to start a cosy knitting project. Thanks for the chance to win.

Thanks for affering these beautiful prizes. That olive blend Claudia is so elegant, and the Jojoland colors are similar to some yarn I just dyed, but mine had green dominant.

A giveaway where all you have to do is comment? How fun it is to come together, women from all over the place, and swoon over yarn and handmade things. Yay!

I've written about your giveaway at gallimaufry, Judy... mostly because I love the simple, heartfelt life you live, and following your blog is a hands-on, genuine way toward happy living. xoxo

I love the yarn -- but since I don't knit or crochet, it would be a waste for me to enter. Just commenting on how pretty your items are -- especially the apron. How cute!

That yarn - that beautiful yarn - I'd have a hard time giving it away. But if I win, I will knit it and likely give it away. The apron is gorgeous too.

Hello & Welcome To My World

  • Thank you for visiting my blog.
I'm originally from Northeast Illinois, and my husband & I now live on 20 acres in Southwest Wisconsin in the Ocooch Mountains, 10 miles from the nearest town. If I could, I would spend half a year here and the other half down in Texas...sigh...someday.
I'm a wife...mom...grandma...having raised 11 kids to adulthood, we are now empty nesters.
I knit, sew, quilt, bake, cook, take pictures...you just never know what you're going to find here.
There is so much that I want to do, but there is just not enough time in the day to do everything, so I have to pick and choose.
    But, life sure is good.
    Enjoy!
