Congratulations Judy! I thought it might be something like that when I saw the picture on a previous post, but like you...didn't want to guess out loud before the deal was done. Sounds like it will be very exciting!!!

Judy! wow, I'm so surprised! I thought you already love where you live, I know I've loved where you live! Aren't you leaving several kids that live close by? It looks beautiful. When do you move? I guess you will be quiting your job? p.s. I love your header photo!

Hello & Welcome To My World

  • My name is Judy and I'm the owner of this blog. Thank You for visiting.
I'm a...Wife...Mom of 11...Grandma to many...Homemaker and Blogger...living in a log cabin here at Gentle Hearth Farm.
I'm originally from Northeast Illinois, and my husband & I now live on 20 acres in Southwest Wisconsin up on a ridge in the Ocooch Mountains, 10 miles from the nearest town. My husband and I are empty nesters trying to figure out life after kids.
I blog, quilt, knit, sew, bake/cook and take pictures of just about anything.
There is so much that I want to do, but there is just not enough time in the day to do everything, so I have to pick and choose, and I try to live each day in the present, life is so much nicer if you do.
