it's back to life as usual

Laundry, office work and working on some Christmas gifts. 

I want to show you a picture of my beautiful girls...I wasn't able to get a shot of all the boys together.  My how they have grown.  I did manage to get my Christmas card photo taken over the weekend, and all were in agreement with which picture to use...Whew!!!

Today I cut out 120 10x10 squares for gifts that are going to the 5 oldest grand kids for Christmas.  This is just a sneak peak at what I'll be making. 

Shhhhh...

It's getting down to crunch time here.  How many days until Christmas or in my case mailing out day so that they get there in time?  I'm not sweating it though...I know I'll get them all done in time.

Is anyone done with their shopping yet?

I'll eventually get back into blogging and reading blogs. I only read your last two pages. Chicken butchering... I always left to Frank :-)

I had a lot of yarn that I wasn't going to use. I thought about sending it to you, but then I found out our daughter has taken up knitting. She is knitting afghans squares for a church project. So the odd lots I had worked out okay.
