I was sitting outside yesterday with my dear hubby waiting for the grill to be ready and I commented that I didn't do a post. Have I been that busy? Let's see, I've not been any busier than usual.
The verdict is in on the White Lily flour...and it's a Thumbs UP!!!!
I just eliminated the salt. They are the fluffiest lightest biscuits I have ever had and they are great with homemade strawberry jam slathered on top.
Not much else going on here at the homestead.
I hope you all have a great weekend!

Looks like you had a wonderful evening down by the lake. Don't you just love having all the doors and windows open around the house? It's the best! The biscuits look so good! I might have to make some home made ones this weekend. Have a great day Judy!

I can imagine walking along the water to be filled with calm lovely moments. And the weather has been springlike here as well.
Those biscuits do look good!

I'm going to say it was probably not the flour but your biscuit making skills. They sure look good.

I'm glad that you found the secret to the White Lily flour...do you use a recipe when you make biscuits and if you do, do you ever share it? My mom never measured, and her biscuits were different to any other...but the grandkids ate them like they were cake so you know they were good.
anyhow, this is long, and though I can bake pies and cakes, I cannot make biscuits that are worth eating. So every now and then I get it in my head to try again...with a new recipe.
